Finally it is spring

I can’t believe how late everything is.  I just planted peas and beets, trimmed the rose bushes and did a quicky clean out in the rest of the garden.  So today I my body is asking WHY???  I went to yoga anyway today and am now really tired, but my body is happier.

The snowdrops are just started to peek out and I can see the beginning of the hyacinths, but it started raining before I got my camera.

Well I’ve gotten some pictures of the gardens taken, but the US gov’t called and told me I have to finish my taxes before I finish the garden, so here’s what I have for you. I also pruned most of the grasses.  Hopefully I’ll get to more this week.  I’ll take pictures from the same angles throughout the season, adding in the herb garden, which really needs a revamp and the side yard.

Garlic scapes and freshly planted snap peas and beets. To the left and right of the garlic are garlic chives

I also pruned the rose bushes and most of the grasses.  Hopefully I’ll get to more this week.  I’ll take pictures from the same angles throughout the season, adding in the herb garden, which really needs a revamp and the side yard.
